Last Dinner(s) in Aruba

Last night we went to Barefoot Restaurant for dinner. It was delicious. Probably our favorite meal on the island. It’s has a quaint, beachfront location, just southeast of Oranjestad.

We sat facing the water with our feet in the sand, and watched the sun set while we enjoyed our meal. The staff was pleasant, and the food was very good. We’d recommend it.

Tonight, we heated up a frozen pizza in our convection microwave, and ate it while watching college football and sitting on the couch in our living room. It was very American of us. But, we didn’t want the food to go to waste, and it was nice staying in and relaxing for dinner.

Usually I’m a bit sad to have our vacation come to an end, but this time I’m ready to go home. I feel like we’ve seen all we wanted to here, and had ample time to relax. We get up bright and early tomorrow – need to leave the hotel by 6am! Yeesh.
